More than 30 years of experience…

 

After completing my training as an aviation clerk at Deutsche Lufthansa AG, I spent a significant part of my career in specialist and management positions in the HR department of various companies in the aviation, tourism and industrial catering (airline catering) sectors.

The experience I gained during this time in designing, managing and implementing important HR and corporate strategy projects and processes is an essential part of my “toolbox”. In combination with a structured and pragmatic approach, they enable me to work with you to develop answers to your questions and sustainable solutions.

During an interview, I was asked how I would explain to a small child what I “do all day long”. My answer: “I tell stories with numbers”. Stories …why something is the way it is, …what will happen if you do nothing, …and what you can do to counter emerging risks and what you have to do to achieve the goals you have set.

  • Airline industry: Development of calculation and simulation tools for the purpose of employee counseling (partial retirement) by the HR department
  • SDAX company Industrial Services: Integration of HR sustainability reporting (ESG, CSRD, ESRS) and HR controlling

  • MDAX company mechanical engineering: Introduction of an HR KPI system for HR strategy issues
